Please read these before you rely on a listing. By using the site you agree to them.

Who runs the site

Car Boot Calendar is run by Charlie Broddle, a sole trader trading as Car Boot Calendar, Marble House, 14 Masonry Place, Hayes, UB3 1EU. Contact: hello@carbootcalendar.co.uk.

What the listings are

We are a directory. We don't run any of the car boot sales listed. Where a listing says it's confirmed, we've copied the organiser's own published wording and linked to where they said it, with the date we last checked. Listings marked "not yet verified" are ones we couldn't confirm from the organiser's own page.

Car boots change and cancel at short notice, often because of the weather. Always check with the organiser before you set off. We do our best to keep listings accurate, but we can't promise that every detail is right or up to date.

Our responsibility to you

The site is free to use and provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we're not responsible for losses caused by relying on a listing, such as a wasted journey, or by a sale itself. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Links to other websites

We link to organisers' websites and social pages. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content.

Organisers

If you send us information about your car boot, you confirm it's accurate and that you're entitled to share it. We may check it, edit it for length or clarity, or decline to publish it. You can ask us to correct or remove your listing at any time.

Copyright

The site's design, text and logo belong to Car Boot Calendar. Organisers' wording is quoted so visitors can see exactly what they said, and remains theirs. Please don't copy the listings in bulk.

We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Last updated 17 October 2026.
